Patients with no fixed address are being discharged from Wexford General Hospital with nowhere to go
That's according to Councillor Jim Codd
He says many are still recovering from illness and are turning up at Wexford County Council looking for emergency accommodation.
Speaking to south east radio Councillor Codd says some patients are not well enough to stay in homeless hostels or emergency beds, and is calling for better coordination between the hospital and the council
