County wexford's fishermen need to be listened to
County Wexford's fishermen need to be listened to in relation to fish quotas. That's according to MEP for Ireland South Sean Kelly who says scientific evidence used to set quotas needs to be up to date, independent and not contradicting those who are on the sea every day. He says priority must be given to coastal areas that are dependent on fishing for their living. Sean Kelly says he believes quotas will gradually improve for Ireland.
