Minister Of State Paul Kehoe has been defending the delay in construction of the new St. Patricks Special Schoool in Enniscorthy.
The school currently operates from portacabins at two seperate locations on Bohreen Hill and Pearse Road Building of the new school in Drumgoold was due to commence in February 2016 but this date has been pushed back three times the latest being spring of next year. Paul Kehoe explained that the way has now been cleared and he is confident the project will commence construction early next year
