FURTHER DELAYS FOR BRITISH PM's BREXIT PLANS

The British Prime Minister Theresa May is going to write to the President of the European Council to request a delay to Brexit.

EU leaders are meeting on Thursday when they will decide whether to grant an extension. The UK leader is still hopeful of getting her withdrawal deal through Parliament, despite speaker John Bercow saying it will need to change substantially for that to happen.
