Gardai Appeal For Witnesses to Assault On Wexford Town's Main Street

Gardaí in Wexford are appealing to the public for assistance following an assault in Wexford town on Saturday night.

The incident happened on North Main Street at approximately 9.30pm on Saturday, September 26th.

Gardaí are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident, or who captured footage on a mobile phone, to come forward.

Anyone with information or footage is asked to contact Wexford Garda Station on 053 916 5200, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.

Gardaí have also asked members of the public not to share footage of the incident on social media, and instead to provide any relevant material directly to investigators.
