The Garda Representative Association - which has over ten thousand members - says this will include "a unilateral withdrawal of services" on four dates in November. The move follows the union's rejection of new pay proposals negotiated with the Department of Justice. The Tánaiste and Minister for Justice Francis Fitzgerald says she's disappointed.
