Gorey left out of rent pressure zone towns

Gorey should be in the Rental Pressure Zone.

That's according to local Sinn Fein Councillor Fintain O Suillabhain who says average rental prices in Gorey are in the 800 to 900 euro region as the town now falls in the Dublin commuter belt. However in the list of twenty three towns where rent caps come into operation today and announced by Housing Minister Simon Coveney last night Gorey is not among them.
