Gorey Farmers Market is getting into the Halloween spirit this weekend with a special seasonal event celebrating local food, producers and the community.
The popular weekly market, held at the bottom of Esmonde Street, will host a Halloween-themed morning this Saturday, October 31st.
Visitors are being encouraged to come along in costume and enjoy the festive atmosphere while browsing a selection of locally produced foods and artisan products.
There'll also be complimentary spiced pumpkin soup available to help shoppers warm up on what promises to be a lively Halloween morning.
The market regularly brings together local food producers, offering everything from fresh produce to homemade and artisan products.
Organisers hope the special event will encourage people to support local businesses while enjoying a family-friendly start to the Halloween weekend.
Gorey Farmers Market gets underway at 8am on Saturday.
