Increase in monthly rent prices in co. wexford

The average monthly rent for a house in County Wexford now stands at 633 euro. That’s according to the latest rental report from Daft.ie. That’s up 5.4 per cent year on year and reflects the decreasing number of houses available for rent. The number of rental properties available nationwide has dropped to it's lowest point since 2006 according to the report. This has meant an average increase nationally of 8.2 per cent Economist Ronan Lyons compiled the report and says the fall in the number of rental properties is a nationwide problem.
