Rents in Wexford have increased by 5.3 percent in the past year. That's according to a daft.ie report when the last 3 months of 2015 are compared with the same period a year previously. The average advertised rent in the county is now 616 euro, up 14 percent from their lowest point in 2013. Nationally rents are up by 9 percent. The survey found the number of available rental properties is less than a quarter of what it was five years ago.
