Inquest finds one australian siege victim died from police bullet fragments
An inquest's heard one of the victims of the Lindt cafe siege in Sydney last month was killed by fragments of a bullet fired by police. 38 year-old barrister Katrina Dawson was inside the cafe when gunman Man Haron Monis took a number of staff and customers hostage. The inquest confirmed he was responsible for killing the other victim - cafe manager Tori Johnson - prompting officers to storm the building. He died himself moments later.
