Investigations underway into two separate deaths in dublin and limerick
A member of the public was killed when he was crushed by a digger in north Dublin, while a teenager's died after becoming trapped between a tractor and trailer in Co. Limerick. The first incident happened when a man died after becoming trapped between a JCB digger and a wall in north Dublin. The Health and Safety Authority is investigating how the man - a member of the public - was crushed on Harbour Rd. in Skerries at around midday. There was construction work being carried out in the area at the time. Meanwhile the HSA is also investigating the death of a teenager just before midday when he became trapped between a tractor and a trailer. He was due to celebrate his 18th birthday next week Gardai are also investigating both deaths.
