Israel blamed for air strike attack on syrian base

Israel is being blamed for an air strike on a Syrian military base that's killed at least 14 people.

Both the Russian army and the Syrian Government say the Israelis are behind the attack that followed apparent chemical weapon use on the rebel-held town of Douma. No nation has claimed responsibility - despite US President Donald Trump tweeting about a 'big price to pay'. Peace Studies professor Paul Rogers, says it's highly unlikely America is responsible.
