Liam twomey tells sinn fein to stop being hypocritical over water charges
Wexford Fine Gael TD Liam Twomey has called on Sinn Fein to come clean on their stance on water charges. The Oireachtas Finance Committee chariman says they support such charges in government in Northern Ireland. Liam Twomey called on Sinn Fein to give up being hypocritical. He told the Dáil that the party should be honest and say they support water charges because they do. Deputy Twomey asked what they're putting in water meters in Northern Ireland for, why they're supporting legislation for water meters. He says they support the legislation in the North, that Sinn Féin are supposed to be in government in Northern Ireland. The Wexford TD told them to stop misleading the people of this country.
