Major Delays for Wexford Motorists After N25 Collision at Glenmore

Two people have been taken to hospital for medical assessment following a two-car collision on the N25 at Glenmore, County Kilkenny, this afternoon.

Gardaí and emergency services responded to the incident shortly after 12 noon on Monday.

The collision led to significant delays for motorists travelling between Wexford and Waterford, with traffic backing up for a time as emergency services dealt with the scene.

Gardaí have confirmed that two individuals were removed from the scene and taken to hospital for medical assessment. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

The road has since been fully cleared and the N25 has reopened to traffic in both directions.

Motorists travelling through the area are no longer experiencing delays.
