Man Hospitalised Following Altercation In Gorey

A man in his 30s has been hospitalised following a late-night brawl in Gorey

The incident happened on The Avenue at around 11pm on Sunday, when three men, all aged in their 30s, became involved in an altercation.

Emergency services attended the scene, where one man was treated for non-serious injuries, while another was taken by ambulance to Wexford General Hospital.

Gardaí sealed off the area for a time to carry out a technical examination

Investigations are ongoing, and anyone with information or dashcam footage is being asked to contact Gorey Garda Station.
