A new weekly mental health support group, Grow Mental Health, has been announced for Wexford The group will meet at the Shamrock Room, Clonard Community Centre in Wexford Town on Mondays from 4-6pm. The group is open to anyone aged 18 or older and is ideal for individuals facing mental health challenges or personal struggles. Grow offers a confidential, peer-led space for recovery, where members can support one another and share their experiences. The group is part of a nationwide initiative, with meetings held both in-person and online and is entirely free, with no referrals or waiting lists required.. Grow Mental Health follows a proven recovery model based on the 12 Steps of Recovery and Growth, empowering people to take control of their mental health and lives.
