A new 300 unit residential development is in the planning for Gorey.
An application to An Bord Pleanala under the Planning and Development Housing and Residential Tenancies Act 2016 has been lodged for the development on the site of the old Walsh Mushroom plant at Fort Road. The application consists of 297 mixed dwellings along with over 600 car parking spaces.
