One man in a critical condition following limerick boating incident
A 28-year old man is in a critical condition in hospital after he was pulled from the River Shannon by emergency services following a boating incident this morning. Three other men have also been taken to hospital but are said to be in a stable condition. The men's boat was found capsized on the Lower River Shannon in Castleconnell, Co Limerick, shortly after 4am. Two of the men were discovered trapped underneath the boat. Gardaí are investigating the incident.
