One man killed in french factory attack
The French Minister for Defence is calling an explosion at a factory in the south east of the country a terrorist attack. One man's been decapitated, and a number of others were injured in the blast at the Air Product factory, near Lyon. Police have arrested one man - who was known to intelligence services. Local media say the man has claimed allegiance to Islamic State. President Francois Hollande has cut short a trip to Brussels, and is meeting with Defence officials this afternoon.
