Ongoing incident in Gorey after suspect device found

Gardaí are currently in attendance at a residence in Gorey, following the discovery of a suspect device this morning.

A number of Garda vehicles were spotted at a housing estate in the area. A cordon has been established by Gardaí and the assistance of the Army Explosive Ordinance Disposal Unit has been requested. We'll have more information on that ongoing incident throughout the afternoon
