Only 2 in 10 houses built last month were apartments

Less than 2 in 10 home builds last month were apartments, according to an independent tracker.

The Goodbody house building tracker estimates less than 1,000 apartments have been built this year. The semi detached house remains the most popular type of property being constructed. They estimate 6,500 homes have been built this year so far - well short of government targets.
