We're being encouraged to stay vigilant for signs of suicidal behaviour in our loved ones.
That's the advice of Michael O'Brien from Pieta House Wexford. There's been a spike in suicides across the county in recent weeks. Pieta House are asking anyone with suicidal thoughts to contact them on 051 85 85 10 or 1800 247 247. Speaking on the Morning Mix yesterday morning, Michael says you can ring on the persons behalf if they can't do it themselves.
