Prince charles expresses interest in coming to wexford
Prince Charles has expressed a wish to come to County Wexford. It happened at Sligo races during his visit there yesterday evening where one of the races was held in his honour. The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall Mares Maiden Hurdle was won Mollyanna which is trained at Colin Bowe's yard in Kltealy and is owned by Ballindaggin man Bernard Cloney. In the winners enclosure he presented the winners prize to David O'Connor from the Bowe Stables. During the conversation with David Prince Charles enquired about Wexford. 'He asked about the hunting in Wexford and what it was like and I told him he should come down and he said he would love to.'
