Rent certainty needed for wexford - ni riada

Sinn Fein MEP Liadh Ni Riada has called on the government to introduce rent certainty for County Wexford.

The Ireland South representative made the comments after a Daft.ie report which showed rent inflation at the end of 2016 was the highest in the last 15 years. Ni Riada has called on the government to include Co. Wexford as a rent pressure zone and cap rent increases by 4%.
