A €1 million investment has been announced to kick-start the Rosslare Sustainable Tourism Experience under the government’s rural development programme. This funding is the first step in a €13.6 million plan to rejuvenate Rosslare Harbour and The Strand, improving tourism, public spaces, and local connectivity. The project will link the harbour and the Strand to the Greenway, create a new civic and recreation plaza , and deliver a range of infrastructure upgrades to revitalise the seaside community for both locals and visitors.
