Signs of progress on brexit

The British Prime Minister says there has been some movement in Brexit talks but he doesn't want to "exaggerate progress" being made.

Earlier, Downing Street revealed it's now shared "confidential and technical" documents with Brussels about ideas to change the withdrawal agreement. The Prime Minister of Finland has said the EU wants firm details by the end of the month. Boris Johnson believes progress is being made
