The HSE has confirmed St Senan's Hospital in Enniscorthy is up for sale.
The former psychiatric facility is on the market for 780 thousand euro. The 46 acre complex contains 15 acres of land zoned for residential use. There are suggestions that the former hospital could be used to house refugees from Syria.
