Enda Kenny has issued a new appeal for Gardaí to begin talks with the government to avert planned strike action next month.
The overwhelming majority of Gardaí will be unavailable for work on each Friday in November due to action by the GRA and AGSI. Today in the Dáil Taoiseach Enda Kenny insisted Gardaí could not be offered a special arrangement outside the Lansdowne Road pay deal.
