The future of small country post offices across County Wexford will be examined today. Members of An Post will appear before the joint Oireachtas committee on transport and communications. The number of post offices in Co. Wexford has been reduced over the past ten years. The Government says it's long-term goal is to maintain the current network as much as possible. Committee Chairman, Deputy John O' Mahoney, says they'll be looking at ways to expand on the products and services currently provided by An Post.
