Ireland's greenhouse gas emissions increased by 3.5 percent last year, according to a new report from the Environmental Protection Agency.
The biggest increase was in energy emissions up by over 6 percent, followed by the transport sector. The EPA says the upward trend makes Ireland's decarbonisation goals even more difficult.
