Uisce Éireann crews are working to restore water supply to customers in Whiterock Hill and surrounding areas following a burst water main.
Repairs are underway, with works expected to be completed by approximately 3pm on Thursday, 2 July 2026.
However, customers may continue to experience low pressure or intermittent outages as the network refills, particularly in higher areas or at the end of the system.
Water Operations Manager for Wexford, Pádraig Lyng, said crews have been on site since this morning and are working to restore supply as quickly and safely as possible.
He acknowledged the disruption caused to homes and businesses and thanked the local community for their patience while essential repairs are carried out.
Uisce Éireann says it typically takes several hours after repairs are completed for normal supply to fully return.
Customers who experience ongoing issues can contact the utility’s customer care team, which is available 24/7, or check updates online using reference number WEX00115138.
