Wexford County Council has surpassed its 2025 housing target by 80%, delivering 341 new homes—well above the target of 189.
The homes, built with private developers and Affordable Housing Bodies, mark a significant milestone in the county’s ongoing housing strategy.
This achievement is set to fuel further housing delivery in the coming years as part of the national Building Homes Delivering Communities programme (2026-2030).
The Council is also actively pursuing modern construction methods to enhance future housing output.
