Wexford county council to rectify sewage problems
There are plans by Wexford County council to rectify problems with raw sewage flowing into some of our waters. Last week the Environmental Protection Agency revealed that Duncannon, Ballyhack, Arthurstown and Kilmore Quay had raw sewage flowing into the sea. However Engineer with Wexford County Council Leonard Poole says that the situation is currently being addressed. He says projects have been approved for Duncannon, Ballyhack and Arthurstown and that they are currently at the planning stage. And Mr. Poole says Kilmore Quay is currently waiting for approval.
