Healthcare providers in County Wexford are in recruitment mode.
Wexford General Hospital has launched a campaign to recruit extra nurses and midwives, the first for some time. This is to deal with the increasing numbers and workload of patients in need of nursing care during a hospital stay. Homecare provider Bluebird Care is also beginning a recruitment campaign in County Wexford. The company is also seeking workers in Galway and Dublin currently and is hoping to employ an extra 370 across the country in the coming months.
