Wexford HR expert Eiléan Hynes is set to take the latest conversations around AI and the future of work to the international stage when she attends UNLEASH Paris next month.
The founder of Hynes HR and Chair of the Skillnet Wexford HR Leaders Forum has been selected as an official Key Media Partner for the event, which takes place from October 20th to 22nd.
UNLEASH brings together thousands of HR, business, technology and AI leaders to look at how workplaces are changing, with this year’s programme focusing on areas including artificial intelligence, skills, leadership, employee experience and workforce transformation.
Eiléan, who has more than 15 years’ international HR experience, previously covered UNLEASH Paris in 2024.
She says her aim this time is to bring the ideas and practical lessons from the global event back to businesses and HR professionals here in Wexford and across Ireland.
With AI already changing how people work and how businesses operate, she will be looking at how local employers can embrace new technology while keeping people at the centre of the workplace.
UNLEASH Paris will take place at the Paris Convention Centre, with more than 8,500 attendees and 300 speakers expected from across the global HR and business community.
