A systems failure was the cause of thousands of homes in County Wexford being without power last night The ourtage last for four hours and caused major inconvenience A malfunctioning transformer in the Biunclody area is believed to have caused the problem North and central parts of the county were worst but power was eventuaslly restored to all at around 9pm
