Wexford Rape Crisis Centre Awarded Prestigious Triple Lock Standard

Wexford Rape Crisis Centre has been awarded the prestigious Triple Lock Standard, recognising the organisation's commitment to the highest standards of transparency, governance and ethical fundraising.

The accreditation, awarded by Charities Institute Ireland, is regarded as one of the highest marks of excellence in the Irish charity sector. It is presented to charities that demonstrate best practice in three key areas – transparent financial reporting, strong governance and ethical fundraising.

The centre said it is "absolutely thrilled" to receive the award, describing it as a reflection of the trust placed in the organisation by its supporters, volunteers and staff.

In a statement, Wexford Rape Crisis Centre said the accreditation gives donors and the wider public confidence that contributions are managed with the highest levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability.

The organisation added that achieving Triple Lock status reinforces its ongoing commitment to providing vital services across the county while maintaining the openness and good governance expected by the community it serves.
