A four-year-old boy's been pulled from the rubble of a mudslide north of Seattle in the U.S. Jacob Spiller was rescued and reunited with his mother, who wasn't at home in Oso on Saturday morning when at least 14 people were killed. The list of potentially missing people has now reached 176.
