SPORT: NEWCASTLE CONFIRM THEY’VE SACKED THEIR MANAGER
Newcastle United have confirmed that they’ve sacked head coach Steve McLaren.
Speculation suggests that ex Liverpool, Inter Milan and Real Madrid boss Rafa Benitez will take over on a three year deal and his first task will be to keep the Magpies in the top flight.
Newcastle are currently second from bottom in the premier league and their next game is away to Leicester on Monday night.
