UNICEF says severe acute malnutrition is causing serious difficulties in Nigeria, Somalia, South Sudan and Yemen. It's calling on Governments to come to the aid of starving children and their families. In Nigeria alone 450,000 children are expected to suffer from severe starvation this year.
