12 artists in County Wexford have been awarded bursaries from Wexford County Council.
The grant aid will help them produce their work in the areas of literature, music, drama and film. This year, Wexford County Council allocated €20,000 for the scheme an increase of €5,000 from last year. Liz Burns, County Arts Officer said the funding will 'benefit the artistic landscape of County Wexford in the future'.
