64 million euro worth of properties in co. wexford in nama
NAMA has a portfolio of properties in County Wexford with a current value of 64 million euro. This includes land and a number of other built properties according to the National Asset Management Agency's latest valuation. The assets were aquired by NAMA in the wake of the property price collapse, where loans attached to the properties became greater than their underlying value. There are eleven counties with more assets in NAMA than Wexford, including Waterford and Wicklow.
