An Independent deputy is accusing the Minister for Agriculture of 'arrogance' towards tillage farmers.
It follows a protest at the Department of Agriculture in Dublin, over a payments cap for farmers affected by last year's weather. Tipperary Deputy Mattie McGrath says Michael Creed's failure to meet with farmers' representatives was the last straw.
