The Tánaiste and Minister for Justice says a report relating to an audit at the Garda College in Templemore raises serious governance issues.
The document is expected to be published today. Frances Fitzgerald mentioned the report during questioning in the Dáil last night about Garda controversies surrounding breath tests and speeding convictions. She was asked about comments from the Garda Commissioner at the weekend, in which Noirín O'Sullivan predicted more examples of bad practice would be identified.
