Call for more people to become part of co. wexford community alert systems

A small group of criminals are targetting rural areas of County Wexford and are holding people to ransom. That's according to Des O'Neill of Tombrack. He's calling for people to become more involved with community alert systems in order to address the problem of house burglaries. Des O'Neill says Gardaí don't have the resources to overcome the problem and that communities must come together to keep people safe in their own homes especially the elderly.
