Car found in the water off courtown harbour
A car has been located in the sea off Courtown Harbour. The local lifeboat was launched after the track of a car was spotted at the sea edge opposite the lifeboat station earlier today. Garda sub-aqua divers are currently dealing with another incident in Kilkenny and are expected at the scene at around 3 o 'clock as only the roof of the car is visible to the RNLI crew. Emergency services have been put on standby. Meanwhile there are reports a man is missing from the locality, however it's not been confirmed whether the two incidents are linked.
