County Wexford has one of the highest number of companies going to the wall in the past year. That's according to data from Vision net.com which shows that the other counties with the most insolvencies were Dublin, Cork, Galway and Kildare. On the opposite side Limerick, Clare, Wicklow, Tipperary, Louth and also Cork saw the biggest increases in new company start ups. 18,000 new companies were formed in the past twelve months with many being in the construction and motor industry sectors.
