The President of the European Commission says companies developing Covid vaccines must deliver and honour their obligations.
The comments come amid controversy over the delayed roll out of the Astra Zeneca vaccine. A vaccine export transparency mechanism is being set up to monitor the export of vaccines from the EU. Ursula von der Leyen says the European Union has invested billions to help develop the first vaccines:
