Console saga
The Interim CEO of the charity Console is meeting with the embattled charity's employees today. David Hall has stressed he wants to protect the services of the charity that offers help to those at risk of suicide, as well as bereaved family members. The Irish Examiner says today's meeting was called last night, after it emerged that staff are owed hundreds of thousands of euros in pay, amid a scandal involving the former CEO Paul Kelly.
